1. Who are the guests, and how are they verified?

Our guests are mainly students, interns and young professionals. Most of our guests are referred by universities, colleges and companies. We verify every guest’s email address. However, if you want to have a full background check, you can request it from us via chat for any particular guest.

2. How do I get paid?

Once you approve the request, your guest will be required to pay a reservation fee to reserve the place. The payment will be made through our platform to 4stay. 4stay automatically transfers the reservation fee to the host, and pays the remaining amount upon the guest’s arrival. To keep the platform and support team live, we deduct a 10% processing and service fee from every payment transaction.

3. Do I need insurance for hosting guests?

In the rare case an accident may occur, each 4stay host is insured for up to $100,000 in liability insurance. You must be active host of 4stay getting payment through the platform.

4. What's expected of me as a host?

`Communication is key`. We expect clear and transparent communication between hosts, guests and 4stay. Therefore, it’s required for hosts to clearly state all the information about the stay in their listing. It’s always good to host your guests in a clean and safe environment.
